Brandon is an efficient, tenacious and thoughtful leader with experience managing various commercial and residential projects. He has a knack for solving problems, adapting to ambiguity, staying organized, and building business relationships. Brandon understands what it takes to bring projects from the initial conceptual estimate through successful closeout.

Terry’s career expertise in the construction industry includes statement residential, commercial and public works projects. He has experience working as a Project Manager, Owner Representative, and Vice-President of development for national and international builders. He brings tangible skills and a knowledgeable perspective to the Cogwheel Construction team environment.

PROJECT MANAGER
Jim brings nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry to the Cogwheel Team. His extensive background encompasses a diverse array of project and role types, ranging from high-rise construction in the heart of Boston, higher education, serving in pivotal owner's representative roles with leading technology firms, to crafting custom residential homes on Bainbridge Island. A hallmark of Jim's professional repertoire are his exceptional communication skills and adeptness at navigating complex challenges by harnessing the collective expertise of the project team.

SUPERINTENDENT
Steve is a seasoned (although sometimes salty) carpenter turned superintendent with over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. His full-scope understanding provides him with a complete vision and range of problem-solving abilities for each project. Steve prides himself in providing clients with superior customer service and beautifully finished spaces.
KELLY OSLICK
PROJECT ENGINEER
Kelly brings a background in visual arts and sustainable design to Cogwheel’s team. Her experience with custom remodels and historic renovations helped her develop a skillset of seamlessly blending old and new. She believes in providing the same level of dedication to every project and is committed to client satisfaction at all stages of the design/build process.
SAMUEL JOHNSON
PROJECT ENGINEER
Samuel’s drive, efficiency, and self-starting nature make him an ideal candidate to assist the Cogwheel team in bringing your commercial or residential project to life. In addition to his work, Samuel is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management at the University of Southern California. Samuel’s undergraduate studies in Philosophy combined with his ongoing studies in project management mean that Sam is well equipped to bring a strong understanding of both the conceptual and technical aspects of construction to your project’s team
RILEY CUMMINS
PROJECT ENGINEER
A craftsman with hands on experience by day, a father of three boys in the evening, and a jazz musician by night, Riley’s an integral piece in the Cogwheel team. He has served Kitsap for nearly ten years through his work with different general contractors. He has finally settled at Cogwheel, where he brings his fine attention to detail. His tact and emotional intelligence keep subcontractors and homeowners focused and at ease. If you’re lucky enough, he just might play his saxophone at lunch for the team!
ANDREA KOEHLER
PROJECT ENGINEER
Although new to the construction industry, Andrea brings a strong technical background from Colorado School of Mines. Her bachelor’s in Geophysical Engineering and minor in Humanitarian Engineering have given her a detail-oriented, user-centered approach to both design processes and problem solving. Andrea recognizes the importance of client communication and ensures the dedication to detail necessary for client satisfaction at every level of the project.
